- Triathlon (Long Cycle, Jerk, Snatch)
Kettlebell Categories available:
- Amateur (8 / 12kg Women, 16 / 20kg Men)
- Elite (16 / 20kg Women, 24/ 28kg Men)
- Pro (24kg Women, 32kg Men)
1st, 2nd and 3rd rankings available for all classes… BUT set your aims higher (you have 4 months to train!) for Elite and Pro Category medals for Best Jerk / Snatch / Long Cycle / Biathlon / Triathlon, and there will be Overall Best Lifter(s) (Women / Men) across the Elite and Pro Category!
