STRENGTH

Learn the techniques of Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift and be introduced to all the various styles of Strength training.

 

Compound exercises will be used to engage as many muscles as possible in a single move, making the most of our 60 minutes together.  Modifications and challenges will be offered to make the class appropriate for all levels.

 

Increase your strength and possibly work towards competing in an enjoyable and friendly group atmosphere.
