LEAN & STRONG

'LEAN & STRONG' is a 6 weeks program that is designed for participants who are disciplined and motivated to follow through until the pre-set goal is achieved. 

 

In this program, you will  learn how to perform fundamental exercises with it’s proper technique. There will be four phases in this program that will help you maintain body composition results for the long run. You will lose the most fat by eating smart and training with a protocol that focuses on building muscle, burning fat and calories, and achieving the greatest hormone response from the exercises.

 

The first goal of the program is to elevate your resting metabolic rate (RMR) by increasing muscle mass because this mean you will burn more energy everyday.

 
'LEAN & STRONG' combines compound movements with cardiovascular endurance training. Come out of this program mentally tougher, looking more athletic with a leaner, stronger body.
