The Strength Culture SCULPT & SHRED program is designed to make you lose fat and build noticeable muscle. This is a semi-private training sessions maximum of 6 people.


We partnered with Stan Ho, who is a Body Transformation Specialist. You will meet three times per week for training sessions. Every member on the program will also have a one-on-one consultation to tailor-make a specific diet and lifestyle plan catered to each individual. Your nutrition and lifestyle progress will be monitored and tweaked (when necessary) on a weekly basis. By the end of the program you will feel healthier, look better in the mirror and have more confidence.
