





Our new class SHE-STRONG is a womens-only program, designed to teach proper exercise technique alongside a structure that will allow you to progress and recover properly each week. The focus is on strength and building muscle, with some cardio/conditioning to support your overall health.
If you’re a woman who has been nervous to try strength training, or doesn’t know where to start with exercise/training, or maybe you would like some guidance on technique and a structure to follow - then this program is for you!
This program's goal is to empower women via a monthly Strength Training program. To build strength and confidence inside and outside the gym.

Wednesday - Upper body
Friday - Full Body
