WHAT DOES STRENGTH MEAN TO YOU?
Having the confidence and self-belief to do hard things. A lesson I learned in the gym; showing myself that I’m capable of more than I may initially think, that now translates into the rest of my life in my ability to face and overcome challenges.
Main things to know about me? I’m a foodie and dog-obsessed. Oh, and I like to lift heavy things 💪🏼
Although I was not very athletic growing up, finding strength training changed my life - It helped me build a confidence I never thought I could have. Now, I get to be a part of other peoples’ journey to a strong and confident body and mind.
I aim to help people feel better in their own skin, show them what they’re truly capable of and support them to look after their overall health towards whatever their goals may be. If you’re looking for more than just a physical transformation, I’m the coach for you!
