I started resistance training at the age of 15 as a way to improve strength and performance for football and rugby. 

 

At that time, I had little to no clue what I was doing and, through much trial and error, I cut through the fitness industry bullshit and learned what it actually takes to get stronger.

 

With 14 years of coaching experience, I can help you start your strength journey or take your strength to the next level.
