I am a South African Athlete and Coach. My passion is Powerlifting and any form of fitness related to strength. As an Athlete myself, I bring a competitive edge to my training philosophy, focusing on discipline, resilience, and goal-setting.
I’m committed to coaching clients through their journey with the same intensity and dedication. I am also passionate about helping others unlock their potential through the power of consistency and simplicity.
As a Coach, I care greatly about an individual’s potential and what they can do with it. I want to show you that I am capable of wielding the expectations you put on yourself with an honest approach. I want to bring into fruition what I know my clients and athletes are capable of, to push the standards.
