This class includes many of the events or movements used in Competitive Strongman, a typical class could have you deadlifting, pressing logs, pushing or dragging weighted sleds or carrying farmer walks.

Our core class not only develops strong abdominal muscles but more importantly we work on the muscles that stabilise the spine to prevent lower back pain and to improve and control your posture, be it in the gym, on the field or just day to day life.

is a pregnancy and postpartum specific class focusing on mobility, connection to core and pelvic floor, and functional movement throughout the perinatal period. Run by Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, and mother of 2 boys, Zig FitMama.
Learn or continue to resistance train, loading bones and joints, appropriate for the changing body through trimester and through postpartum.
Open to all expecting mothers in a standard pregnancy. Minimum 6 weeks postpartum with doctor/physio clearance to exercise. Postpartum is forever, there is no upper limit to join and retrain your body.
Mobility is the range of motion that can be achieved within a joint. The greater the mobility someone has, the greater their ability to safely reach certain positions and postures. This increased mobility, paired with activation of surrounding soft tissue can enable greater control of movement.
Our mobility class helps increase range of motion, muscular activation and joint stabilisation. It not only makes you stronger but can also help to reduce your risk of injury. Ideal for a rest day or for doing after a heavy session, and good for anyone carrying any imbalances or reoccurring injuries.
