- STRENGTH CULTURE -

We are extremely proud and excited to share with you the next big thing at Strength Culture. From now on we will have a dedicated and specifically designed gym in Central where we can continue to do what we love and carry out our mission to train and inspire you!

 
The brand-new gym facilitates our specially programmed training classes and personal training sessions where we can further strengthen the community of like-minded and motivated people. A place where you can transform your body, mind and lifestyle to become the strongest and best version of yourself.

 

- GROUP CLASSES -

LEAN & STRONG

LEAN & STRONG is a 6 weeks periodisation program. Throughout the 6 weeks you will be taken through a structured plan and pre-set behavioural goals that will help you reach the desired goal. 

CORE

Our core class not only develops strong abdominal muscles but more importantly we work on the muscles that stabilise the spine to prevent lower back pain. 

KIDS & TEENS

MOBILITY

Our Mobility class helps increase range of motion and joint stabilisation. It not only makes you stronger but also helps to prevent injury. Ideal for a rest day or for doing after a heavy session. 

 

STRONGMAN

This class includes many of the events or movements used in Competitive Strongman, a typical class could have you deadlifting, pressing logs, pushing or dragging weighted sleds or carrying farmer walks.

STRENGTH

This class will focus on volume (high repetitions) and TUT (time under pressure), two factors which will simulate muscle growth. Hypertrophy is the perfect class to gain muscle size and definition. 

CONDITIONING

This high-paced, low rest class focuses on cardiovascular conditioning. Conditioning training is highly beneficial as it helps in improving the overall health and well-being of an individual.

WOMEN'S CLASS

We understand that women have specific needs and endeavours so we created a women-only class that meet the needs of women.

To us, team building is about understanding, appreciating, developing and maximising the people in your team.

When you attend a small group training, you’ll experience a semi-private training session with coaching that focuses on your performance.
